Our goal was to explore the relationship between Ethics and Aesthetics, based on local social and economic conditions, with the aspiration to bring a dignifying design to ALL. To bring this vision to life, we chose an existing mid-century modern building from the 1960s and transformed it into a vibrant commercial complex that celebrates the beauty of preservation while meeting contemporary needs.

Through this journey, we delved deep into:

+Research & Analysis: Understanding the historical, social, and architectural significance of the building.

+Sustainability: Leveraging adaptive reuse principles to minimize environmental impact while maximizing functionality.

+Design Development: Combining ethical considerations with aesthetic innovation to create spaces that are welcoming, accessible, and meaningful.
